The Art of Wellness

The Art of Wellness is a community-centered immersive experience that uses artistic expression as a powerful vehicle for mental health awareness, emotional wellness, and collective healing among women. Fully aligned with The Power of the Heels Foundation’s longstanding commitment to empowering women to live emotionally healthy and successful lives, this event brings that mission to life through the transformative power of the arts, creating a space where participants engage not as spectators, but as active participants in a shared journey, “From conversation→ to connection → to action → to transformation.”

More than a traditional panel or conference, the experience combines powerful storytelling, expert insights, wellness activations, artistic expression, and meaningful community engagement to make mental health conversations approachable, human, and real. Through a unique blend of cinematic, inspirational, and contemporary music featuring Global Music Award recipient Daniela Di Mari, to a dance that blends movement to promote emotional wellness directed by Mercy Yahia, to an immersive show of sound and lights by acclaimed producer Claudio Resnik.

Through the transformative energy of multimedia experiences, participants are invited to reflect, connect, and explore emotional well-being in a safe and inspiring environment that fosters healing, self-discovery, and meaningful dialogue, including the famous art exhibit, The Visible Woman, by Luli Sulichin and the evolution of women’s identity, visibility, and self-perception over time, as well as reflect on what it means to be truly seen, heard, and valued, while embracing authenticity, resilience, and the courage to reclaim their voice.

Together, these immersive artistic experiences demonstrate how creativity can open doors to conversations often left unspoken, transforming art into a catalyst for awareness, healing, and lasting community impact.

This conversation explores NeuroArts, the fascinating intersection of neuroscience, creativity, and well-being. Together, we’ll discover how artistic experiences can influence our emotions, reduce stress, strengthen human connection, and become a powerful tool for mental and emotional wellness.

Mirror, Mirror on the wall: Tell me, who who have I become?

A powerful one-woman performance by Clarita Spitz that unfolds through the mirror of a woman’s life. Standing before her reflection, she encounters not only the face looking back at her, but every version of herself she has ever been. The child she once was, the woman she became, the wounds she concealed and learned to forgive, the dreams she fulfilled and those she quietly abandoned, and the strength she ultimately discovered along her path. The journey concludes with a special live musical performance by Global Music Award recipient Daniela Di Mari, celebrating wellness, healing, and the power of human connection.

2:30pm – 4:30p.m.

The Art of Mindfulness

An afternoon where wellness has no schedule and every woman chooses her own experience. Create an origami piece while sharing a meaningful conversation, lose yourself in the colors and reflection of a mandala, connect personally with panelists and experts, or simply pause, listen, and be present. Transform the space into an immersive environment where art, conversation, music, creativity, and human connection happen simultaneously, because there is no single way to experience wellness. Come as you are, move at your own rhythm, and discover what speaks to you.
